By making a purchase or booking with us, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy.

1. General Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted under specific circumstances, depending on the nature of the booking or service and the policies of third-party providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, ground transportation).

Corptripnow LLC is a facilitator of bookings and does not directly operate or control all aspects of travel services. Therefore, eligibility for refunds is subject to the terms and conditions of our vendors and partners.

2. Refundable Services
The following services may be refundable, subject to partner policies:

Hotel bookings (if booked with refundable options)
Flight tickets (only if booked under refundable fare classes)
Car rentals and transfers (as per the vendor's refund terms)
Event or conference services (if canceled within allowed windows)
All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@corptripnow.com within the time frame specified at the time of booking.

3. Non-Refundable Services
The following are generally non-refundable:

Discounted or promotional fares
Last-minute bookings
No-show bookings
Service fees, processing fees, or transaction charges
Certain pre-paid or special rate hotel bookings
Third-party cancellations where no refund policy exists
If a service is explicitly marked as non-refundable at the time of booking, no exceptions will be made.

4. Cancellations
Client-Initiated Cancellations: Refund eligibility will depend on the time of cancellation and the policy of the provider. In most cases, cancellations made within 24 hours of booking (and at least 7 days prior to travel) may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
Vendor-Initiated Cancellations: If a travel provider cancels a service (e.g., a hotel closure or flight cancellation), we will work with the provider to secure a refund or suitable alternative for you.
5. Refund Process
To request a refund:

Email info@corptripnow.com with your booking details, reason for the refund, and any supporting documentation.
Refund requests are reviewed within 7–10 business days.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 10–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Disputes and Exceptions
If you believe you are entitled to a refund outside the terms listed above, you may submit a written appeal to info@corptripnow.com. Each case will be evaluated individually, but approval is not guaranteed.
